Summer Creek Apartments offer three destinctive floor plans to choose from. The monthly rental rates start at $675.00.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. All prospective residents making an application must pay a nonrefundable fee of $30.00 payable to Summer Creek Apartments.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $200.00 of which $100.00 is fully refundable provided that the terms of the lease have been satisfied and the apartment is left in good condition. The other $100.00 is a non-refundable administrative fee. Checks are made payable to Summer Creek Apartments for $200.00. These fees apply to each roommate.
A $50.00 water deposit is required at move in. The water will then be transferred and the resident will begin receiving the bill.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed with Management's approval, along with a nonrefundable fee depending on the pet.
Pets are subject to approval based on breed. All pets must be fully mature and at their full growth upon moving into the apartment. All pets must be house broken to qualify. Current shots records and weight verification is due upon completion of application process. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2 per apartment.
Do you have washer/dryer connections?
Yes, Summer Creek does have washer/dryer connections and will provide a washer and dryer in each apartment home.
Do you accept Section 8?
Summer Creek does not participate in the Section 8. However, we are an equal opportunity housing facility.
Do you have a pool?
Yes. Our pool is a new state-of-the-art salt water pool. Operational hours of the pool is seasonal.
Who is the Managment Company?
MMC Properties is the Management Company. MMC Properties is a local management company based in Murfreesboro, TN.
